妻子的赡养费
法院可以指示丈夫向他的前妻支付赡养费，除了必须在离婚手续办妥后支付赡养费，丈夫也必须支付离婚诉讼期间的妻子赡养费。在作出妻子赡养费的判决时，法院将考量多种因素，包括结婚年限、妻子在婚姻期间的生活水平以及她的收入能力。
