She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2019. She commenced her legal career specializing in real estate law, advising developers on various aspects of housing development projects, including land acquisition, joint venture with proprietors and ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards. She is also a trusted advisor to both end-financiers and bridging financiers relating to loan disbursements and redemption of properties. She also has extensive experience in drafting tenancy agreements for a diverse range of business types, such as shopping malls, shop lots, fresh markets, and hostels, consistently ensuring full legal compliance.
She then transitioned to providing a wide range of commercial and corporate advisory, including drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance and assisting with corporate structuring and restructuring. She also supports clients with mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory matters.
