Chin Lai Yan graduated in Law from Oxford Brookes University (OBU) in 2018 and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on the 10th of March 2023.
During her pupillage, she was exposed in the area of Insurance Litigation whereby she was involved in contentious Property Damage and Personal Injury Litigation in protecting the interest of various Insurance Companies. Upon completion of her pupillage, she further ventured into the area of Conveyancing, where she had personally handled matters such as Sub-Sale Conveyancing, preparation of Personal and Company Loan documentation, Deed of Gift, Perfection of Transfer and Discharge of Charge.
She joined our firm as a Legal Associate in 2024 and is currently involved in the practice of Will, Probate and Estate Administration.
