Mr. Foo Hiap Choong graduated with a law degree from the University of London in 2007 and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in year 2009. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 8th October 2010. He began his legal practice by handling banking litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and civil litigation particularly in land disputes, specific performance of contracts enforcement of Judgment.
Mr. Foo founded Foo Chambers in 2013 where he leads the areas of practice that encompass civil litigation, property disputes, Landlord-Tenant Dispute, debt recovery, probate and estate administration, conveyancing matter and etc. Mr Foo contributed to Local Magazine for legal articles pertaining the purchase of property.
In 2017, Foo Chambers merged with Low & Partners. The strategic merger has lead the Firm to expand it's regional presence at the southern part of Malaysia. Mr. Foo subsequently head Low and Partners Johor Bahru branch and lead the Branch with his experience and expertise in law.
Mr Foo believes in sharing legal knowledge. Various talks has been given to create awareness to the Public about the proper estate planning and management. He also frequently gives talks and seminars to enhance the public’s knowledge and education on estate administration, debt recovery, bankruptcy, contractual dispute and etc.
